What Does a Community Partner Do?

As a Local Community Partner, your role is not to sell products directly.

Instead, you act as a bridge between local consumers and our China sourcing team.

Your responsibilities may include:

Community Engagement

Sharing interesting products with local communities

Identifying local shopping interests and trends

Collecting product requests from community members

Helping people discover products that are difficult to find locally

Order Coordination

Assisting with group purchases when appropriate

Helping coordinate local deliveries

Acting as a local contact point when needed

Customer Support

Helping customers understand products

Providing basic after-sales assistance

Collecting user feedback and improvement suggestions

Helping resolve simple local issues through communication

Market Insights

Reporting local consumer trends

Sharing feedback on popular products

Suggesting new opportunities and product categories
